Jardy Santiago began by dancing hip hop in the Bay Area in the mid 1990s. He eventually joined the San Francisco based all styles dance crew, Soul Sector, in 2000. Around this time, Jardy frequently traveled to New York to experience house clubs, to dance, and learn about its culture. Jardy is responsible for being the first in California to teach New York house dance foundation.

As a member of Soul Sector, Jardy has performed all across the USA. Jardy competed in Juste Debout in France in 2006. He was a guest performer at House Dance International New York in 2007. In 2008, he jumpstarted the Philippines house dance scene. He has performed as a headliner for the San Francisco Hip Hop Dancefest from 2005-2009. In 2009, Jardy won Dance Delight, New York, along with Soul Sector and performed at Dance Delight in Osaka, Japan as well as Beat Box’s 10 year anniversary in Tokyo, Japan. That same year, he became one of the first dancers to teach New York style house dance in the birthplace of house music, Chicago. In 2010, he was the sole house dance battle judge and taught a workshop at Meeting Hip Hop in Brazil. In 2011, he became the first house dancer outside of Indonesia to be invited to Jakarta to lecture and teach. He also returned to the Philippines to further educate the community that has grown since his last visit.

Jardy is now on a mission to deliver the best dance tutorials on the internet.
