“TOPS & DROPS” (Youth Class)
The 6 session course is geared to building and strengthening the students vocabulary on B-boying/B-girling. The class will be significantly spearheading towards the art of Top-Rocks. Analyzing and implementing different grooves and patterns, the 4 week course will indulge the students in various training techniques, education, and conditioning exercises.

“Footwork + Freezes”
The 6 course class will focus on various styles, and interpretations; as well as creating and studying footwork patterns and freezes. The class will also focus on conditioning, flexibility and strengthening.
