Final Jam as Cellspace San Francisco Closing Down, Local Dancers Fundraise

Since 1998 Cellspace in San Francisco has been home to various dance events like Mighty 4, Soulidify, Momentum, Who Can Roast the most, Burning Sessions, and other well known events. Sadly Cellspace will be closing its doors for good at the end of the 2014 year, however Whacko (Forever We Rock, Illest Villains, Knuckle Neck Tribe) and other dancers in the community will be hosting a final jam celebrating Cellspace and it’s history with the Bay Area. The goal of this jam is to raise funds to secure a new practice spot in SF for dancers. This will be an all ages event so bring the kids and expose them to something great. Details are as follows:

August 30th 2014

2on2 Bboy battle
2on2 All Styles battle

What can you do??

1. Sake a 2-3 min video clip sharing your memories of Cellspace and why its a historic landmark.( email clip to vdh1982@gmail.com)

2. Share and re-post this clip to let the world know

3. Come out and support and say goodbye to Cellspace one last time

Any help will be appreciated, so if you would like to help with vending,set-up and break down, photographing, filming, sponsoring please contact whacko @ vdh1982@gmail.com or on facebook @ vandor whacko hill
thanks in advance.

  1. Cellspace SF is closing down! Lots of history took place at this venue. Whacko is putting together a final jam at Cellspace on August 30th to say farewell and fundraise to propose a new practice spot.
