House Dance Conference 2009 San Francisco! This event was not to be missed, for those of you who did – just ask somebody (enough said). Although its been a week since the event, the timing is appropriate that we give props to those of you who came out and made it happen. In the words of Brian “Footwork” Green him self, “The House Dance Culture is about the love and togetherness” – HDC SF was the perfect example of like minded people coming together for the love of music and dance.
We started out the weekend with a House Dance Workshop from the Legendary house dancer – Shan S. This workshop explored some of the unique steps and styles of Shan’s house footwork. If you missed the workshop, there will be more with other great legendary dancers.
Sunday night was the House Dance Conference party/competition. This event featured dancers from all over the world while getting down in our Bay Area hometown. Here is just some of the crews present and in attendance represeting: FLO-ology, Soul Sector, Vibe Tribe, Open House, Renegade Rockers, Head Hunters, House Shoes, Dance Fusion, Supreme Soul, FLOorganics, Soulshifters, Beats-N-Pieces, Fresh Dynamix, DS Players, Groove Mechanix.
Major props to all dancers that entered the 1 on 1 house dance competition and a big congrats to Ritchie from Open House LA.

Such a great event. It finally came to the Bay, thanks for posting the clips Co Flo. The vibe of the event was one of a kind and I look forward to attending again when it returns.
